In 2018 we began to develop a new graphic language for the gusto! menu. Inspired loosely by the timelessness and readability of Massimo Vignelli’s graphic standards for the New York subay system, we chose the timeless Helvetica typeface set into color type to distinguish the restaurant’s stable of signature bowls.
